Some common beliefs about Tanzanite from around the world.
Tanzanite is a gemstone that is believed to bring visions. It has the unique ability to connect someone with the spiritual world and through that connection endow them with knowledge. The stone is believed to activate several chakras from the heart to the crown and is used to link the mind with the heart. Tanzanite gives one the ability to speak the truth, making it an important stone of open and honest communication.
The gemstone also raises an individual’s consciousness in meditation, relaxes an overactive mind, provides a peaceful understanding of one’s own heart and desires, and it promotes compassion. Ancient Celtic chiefs were believed to use tanzanite gemstones in the process of selecting the next tribal leader. The common belief was that it brought them revelations of the gods.
Some cultures use tanzanite to treat and heal the skin. It has been helpful for re-aligning the spinal column and even is believed to have aided in waking people from comas.
The most important factor in determining the value of a tanzanite gemstone is its color. The ideal color for it is a rich purple-blue.
Tanzanite is an exceptionally rare gemstone. It is estimated to be a thousand times more rare than diamond. The stone is so popular though that it is believed it will only be available to this generation before the only known deposit is used up.
It is true. All you have to do is become an ordained minister and in most states you can immediately start legally marrying people off.
I know you are thinking, “I do not have the time to go to some school to become a minister in the next 3-4 years. I have not even attended church in about a decade.” That is fine. You do not have to give up the next few years to study to become a minister. Many people do not realize it, but you also do not need to belong to any particular religious faith.
Established in 1959, the Universal Life Church (ULC) offers people the opportunity to become an ordained minister for free. Even better, you can do it online now, and it only takes a few minutes.
Just a word of advice for you. There are a lot of different ULC branches online. As I said, becoming ordained is a very simple and very quick process. However, just because you can legally do it, does not mean you are necessarily ready to run out there and start performing wedding ceremonies. Would you know what to say when standing up there in front of the bride and groom and their family and friends? I would not either.
I recommend joining through one of the branches like this branch of the Universal Life Church. The ULC Seminary offers courses and guidance on how to perform, not just weddings, but funerals and other services as well. That kind of guidance can prove invaluable.
No matter your religious beliefs or lack of education around being a minister, becoming an ordained minister is an opportunity open to everyone. Some states may require you to register before you perform any ceremonies. It is best to call your local County Clerk to see what requirements you may need to meet to perform legally recognized weddings.
